Yes, I took it after my birthday lunch at Gramercy Tavern.
The old woman looks very confused.
I didn't think she looked confused. She's just watching oncoming traffic to figure out when she can cross.
I took the photo because I thought she looked fabulous, and only noticed the other people later.
