I forgive any (Florida) collector who is in a rush to support artists.

NYC got their $150 for the violation and hopefully chelsea added another collector to its ever growing list.

Actually, they weren't really Florida collectors. The license plate frame had the name of a NYC dealer. They're just tax/insurance cost evaders.
